I’m looking forward to meeting you on at 3:42 PM.
Before we meet, I want to give you something simple you can test for yourself.

You probably have leads who enquired but never answered your calls.
That doesn’t necessarily mean they weren’t serious.
Sometimes, the follow-up they received simply didn’t give them a good enough reason to respond.
You can test that with one message.
Send this on WhatsApp to leads who:
● Enquired at least one month ago.
● Never spoke with you.
● You’re still permitted to contact.
● You had otherwise written off.
Hey [First name], it’s [your name] from [company name]. You made a enquiry in [May]—can I check, is buying a home still the plan, or have you given up on it?
That’s it.
Don’t send a calendar link.
Don’t ask when they’re free.
Don’t explain what you offer.
Just ask the question.
The message takes them back to the reason they originally enquired:
They wanted to buy a home.
If that is still something they want, ending with “or have you given up on it?” creates a
strong urge to correct you.
Send this:
I’ve got five minutes now. I’ll give you a quick call if you’ve got a spare couple of minutes too? You can tell me where you’re at, and I’ll let you know what options might be available.
Then call as soon as they confirm.
Momentum matters.
They have just told you that buying a home is still the plan. Make the next step immediate and small.
Don’t send a calendar link or ask when a good time might be. That turns an immediate conversation into another task they can postpone until later.
Not everybody will reply.
They don’t need to.
Even one response could restart an opportunity you had already written off.
Hit the button below to let me know you’ve got the message and you’ll give it a try.
